Our strategic repositioning—"Uniting everyday people to unlock their financial progress"—inspired a refreshed brand identity that connects emotionally with millions seeking an authentic alternative to conventional banking.

RANCH RIDER - Go-To-Market Strategy // This Austin favorite needed help translating their local brand magic for national distribution. Our brand audit revealed their packaging wasn't working at shelf, despite strong can design. We revamped their packaging strategy for better point-of-purchase impact and created a comprehensive Brand Bible with a clear positioning: "Premium hard seltzer that doesn't sugarcoat"—setting them up to compete with beverage giants across the country.

OPENDOOR - Foundational Brand Strategy // Opendoor's ambitions had outgrown its positioning as just a home-selling platform. Research revealed that people needed more than a seamless transaction—they wanted support through major life transitions. This insight inspired a new brand purpose: "Powering life's progress, one move at a time" and value proposition: "Opendoor gives you the confidence and control to make life-changing moves."
